About Cara

Cara McMillin holds a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from East Tennessee State University. Cara believes that internal change is always possible, even when external change is limited. 

Cara works to empower individuals and families by helping them become aware of their current coping strategies and incongruent communication patterns, while focusing on increasing self-esteem and recognizing personal strengths and possibilities that come with becoming your own  choice-maker.
